Zenan Fleet ("we", "us") provides a per-truck operational P&L tracker. We take your data seriously because it's yours, not ours.

What we collect

• Your email address (used to sign you in)
• A hashed copy of your PIN (we cannot read the original)
• The fleet data you enter: trucks, trips, fuel, repairs, odometer, fixed costs
• Basic server logs (IP, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't share data with carriers, brokers, factoring companies, or anyone else
• We don't track you across the web with third-party advertising cookies

Data ownership

You own your data. You can export it as CSV or PDF at any time, even on a cancelled account. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days — no copies, no archive.

Security

We hash PINs with bcrypt. We rate-limit failed sign-in attempts. We use HTTPS everywhere. If you suspect a security issue, email security@zenan-fleet.com.
