Per-truck P&L
A profit-and-loss statement calculated separately for each truck in a fleet, rather than aggregated at the fleet level.
Per-truck P&L means computing gross revenue, fuel, repairs, fixed costs, tolls, and net profit individually for each truck in your fleet. The opposite is a fleet-aggregate P&L (what most accounting software shows by default), which sums everything together and obscures which trucks are profitable. Per-truck P&L is the only way to identify underperforming trucks before they drag the fleet for months. It's the entire reason Zenan Fleet exists.
